0.9 mm Dyneema with white polyester sheath
Thin repair cord with a Dyneema core and white polyester sheath. Slightly thicker than our 0.8 mm black variant — often chosen for Duette, pleated and Venetian blind repairs where a light colour blends in better.
Features
-Core: pre-stretched Dyneema (HMPE) — stronger than steel on a weight-for-weight basis, does not absorb water
-Sheath: white, 32-carrier braided polyester — protects against abrasion and UV, more grip than bare Dyneema
-Diameter: 0.9 mm
-Slightly stiffer than unsheathed Dyneema (helpful when pulling back through guides)
-Breaking strength (specified): approx. 35 kg — no separate published bench test for this diameter yet; the same construction in 0.8 mm measured 0.51 kN ≈ 52 kg (ISO 2307:2019, 5 measurements)

Uses
Indoor blinds (Duette, pleated, Venetian), pleated insect screens where 0.9 mm fits, kite and model work, or other light precision lines indoors and outdoors.
